Candy Crush

Candy Crush

King, the company behind Candy Crush, come to me when they need to elevate things like their website copy, and various other employer brand collateral. So far I’ve created email campaigns, rebranded and rewritten their external website, and even themed a management training programme. Even better, I get to play Candy Crush in the name of research… I’ve had worse jobs.

“Graham quickly gets to grips with new briefs with a minimum of fuss. He’s always straightforward and honest about the scope of any new projects, and incredibly reliable in terms of delivery – when it comes to both quality (and adapting to new tones of voice) and hitting promised timelines.”.

– Richard Gordon, Employer Brand Associate Director, King

Entain (home of Ladbrokes, Coral etc…)

FTSE 100 gaming behemoth Entain aren’t ones to gamble when it comes to their recruitment marketing. Which is why they came to me to create the copy for their careers site, and social campaigns. The result is an absolute winner.

“Graham is brilliant. Always nails the brief and is great at bringing ideas to life through copy. Even better, he’s always been great with meeting tight deadlines, no matter how big or small the project! He’s my go-to. :)”

– Jess Baker, Campaigns & Content Manager, Entain

Bell Hotel

Bell Hotel

What do you get when you mix my copywriting prowess, a shiny new boutique hotel, and a brand that has been around for over three hundred years? Huge amounts of bookings, national press, and a very happy owner, that’s what.

I created the tone of voice, webcopy, ongoing bloggage, piles of press releases, and general digital pizazz for this project.

Timeline

Timeline

Call me a fintech copywriter if you must, because without meaning to, I’ve done a fair chunk of that stuff over the years. This ongoing project is all about elevating the tone of Timeline’s webcopy, brochures, blogs and whitepapers.

Their existing material was a little on the dry side. So all I had to do was bottle up the founders’ excitement, and make their whole offering sound as awesome as it actually is. Easy if you know how.

If you or someone you know has a game-changing app, and needs to communicate their excitement and vision to the world, then hit me up.
